Forklift Operator

They really care about English speaking skills, so if you don't have at least a B1 level, don't bother applying. Even though they say they have equal opportunities on their website and job ads, they don't actually look at how professional you are, just your English. It's not fair when hiring. They seem to think people who speak English well are better. If you need a job and you're responsible, persistent, and good with details, but your English isn't perfect, you won't get hired. They don't mention this anywhere, you'll just get rejected at the interview.

It was a pretty interesting interview experience. I applied on the company website last year for a job at the Mechanicsburg location. I got a call in July of this year asking for a few minutes, and after a few quick questions, I was set up for an in-person interview on 7/16/2023. Finding the right building was a bit tricky because I'm not from the area and they have multiple buildings. Once I finally got directions, I went to check in on the computer for someone named Allison, but she wasn't in their system. A male supervisor eventually got things started, and after waiting for another male supervisor, I was taken to a conference room. The interview started okay, with questions about job interest and work history. I showed them my resume and was asked why I wanted to work there with my CDL, which was a fair question. However, I felt rushed and like they had already made up their minds. I had to basically pull most of the questions out of them, and they didn't try to sell the job or the company at all, seeming like they were just going through the motions. After the interview, they said they'd get back to me in about 3 days, but as of 7/23/2023, I haven't heard anything. This location seems like a joke; you're better off looking elsewhere.
