The interview process started with some basic behavioral questions, mostly about work ethic and having a hard-working/competitive attitude. The first interview leads to a super day at the HQ in Columbus. After that, there's a second interview, and if you're selected, you get an internship offer.

Applied on-line and was called for a screening interview. Standard questions were asked during screening. I was called back for a second interview but decided not to proceed. After reading on Glassdoor about Excel, I decided it would not be the best place to start and grow a career. The work life balance does not appear to be that great.
