Management Trainee
The interview process had five rounds. It started with a CV screening, followed by a test. Then, there was an initial interview with the supervisor and HR. After that, a panel interview took place, which had two parts: a case study teamwork exercise and an individual interview. Finally, there was a meeting with the MD and the head of HR.

Site Manager
It was a pretty bad experience because the external interviewer was late and left me waiting without any updates. I had to text her, and she replied pretty upset. This can happen, and I'm okay with that, but if you know it will be more than 5 minutes, you should let people know. What would have happened the other way around? Anyway, from there on, she was upset and very biased about my 'young' age for the role, despite my professional career (and I am 30). She suggested another role, which can be fine, but when I asked for more information, such as shifts and cities where the sites were, her replies were generic. Also, when I asked more about the new role, she said it's too much to list, but I managed with my experiences when you asked me! One of the worst interviews I've had in ten years.
- Can you describe your typical day or routine?
