It started with me introducing myself and then I was asked about my interest in this program, like why I picked supply chain and what I'm hoping to get out of it. The HR person then gave more details about the program and asked if I could make it to their Open Day.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The grad trainee interview has 4 stages. First, HR calls to confirm your interview date. Then, you'll have a virtual interview with the graduate programme leader on MS Teams. They'll ask about why you chose DHL, a time you handled a challenge, how your skills can help DHL, and what you'd do if a stakeholder didn't reply to an email for a file. Next is a group case study interview with over 30 people. You get the case study beforehand via email. In a breakout room of 6, you discuss the case study and try to stand out. Back in the main room, 5 representatives present the points. After a 10-min break, they email a second case study. Discuss this in a breakout room, then back to the main room for discussion. Each panel member asks questions, and you have to raise your hand to get a chance to speak. Lastly, an in-person interview with a big department boss. Make sure to research current supply chain challenges in Malaysia, as they focus on automation.
