First, a recruitment agency did a pre-selection with a phone call to discuss background, motivation, and professional project. Then, there was a one-to-one interview with HR. Finally, there was a one-to-one interview with the DRH.

The interview was okay, the conversation was pleasant, but the interviewer seemed a bit lost on how to conduct it, almost like she was making it up as she went along. She didn't even know the order of the companies I last worked for! The job description details didn't match what was advertised, like more requirements for a PcD (person with disability) role. She promised a follow-up but there was none, and HR never replied to my email later. Really irresponsible behavior for a company of this size!
