The hiring process was super quick, with interviews happening within two weeks. It involved three interviews: one with HR, one with the Team Leader, and a final one with the Logistics Manager. There were no tests, just general questions about myself and my past job.

So my application got looked at first because I have experience with inventory coordination and scheduling transport. Then, a few days later, I had a quick phone interview. They asked me why I wanted the job, if I knew about logistics, and what software I'd used before, like SAP and Excel for shipment tracking. We also talked about when I could work and my schedule preferences. After that, I had to do a practical test. It was about looking at a fake delivery plan, figuring out where things could be delayed, and what shipments I'd do first. I also had to point out problems in a sample inventory list and say how to make things work better. It was tough but cool to show I can solve problems. The last part was a video call with the Logistics Manager, an Operations Team Lead, and someone from HR. They asked me questions about dealing with stress, handling supply chain issues, and talking to suppliers and my colleagues. They also gave me a situation where a delivery route had to be changed last minute and asked what I'd do. Everyone on the panel was nice and professional, and they let me ask questions about the job and the team.

It felt like a chat to get to know me better, but the interviewer wasn't the nicest and asked a lot of personal and uncomfortable questions.
