This year, I went through an interview process for an internship at DHL. They liked my engineering background from Islamic University of Technology and my projects, but I didn't get the role because my Excel skills, especially for data modeling and quick analysis, weren't strong enough. They also suggested I work on my soft skills, like communicating clearly, interacting with people, and general corporate communication. The team recommended I focus on improving my communication structure and Excel abilities before applying again for roles in global logistics.

After speaking with them at a career fair and sending some follow-up emails, I had one onsite interview. I spoke with HR and business IT people. It was just a regular talk about school work, personal interests, and a few behavioral questions. The interview was about an hour long. Everyone was really nice and easy to talk to.
