Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DHL Global Forwarding, Freight.
Customer Service Representative
They asked about my work history and some personality questions. The questions were pretty basic and direct. The person interviewing me was nice and knew their stuff, but there was a really long wait. I guess a lot of people applied for this job.
- Can you describe your previous experience that's relevant to this role?
Customer Service Representative
The phone call with the recruiter was really nice, not as rigid as other interviews I've had. We joked around and laughed a lot. First, they talked about the company and explained my role. Then, they asked about my customer service background and I got to ask my questions, which they answered. The whole thing took about 50 minutes.
- How do you handle stress?
- What experience do you have in customer service?
- What values are important to you in a good team?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was quite challenging because the questions were unexpected. There was a role play session where the interviewer took on the role of a customer, and I had to act as the customer service representative.
- How would you rate your own attitude?
- Engage in a role-play scenario where you act as a customer service representative, with the interviewer playing the role of the customer.
