Very professional process, well-structured and inspires confidence and seriousness. Spoke with different people, but all were kind and welcoming. The company is well-structured and trained to choose the best. The process was always well-informed.

The process moved slowly. I actually got another offer that was just as good as DGF's while they were deciding on me. I guess if that's their idea of being deliberative, then so be it.

I had a face to face interview with the area sales manager and a seasoned rep. It was very informal and comfortable, and I enjoyed it because it allowed me to be myself. After that, I had to complete the background and drug screening. It took about a week to get the email instructions from the HR rep, and that process took about 3-5 business days. Then, I was scheduled for a conference call with the area sales manager and the head of sales. He also made me feel very comfortable and let me be myself. I actually enjoyed both interviews. I haven't heard anything back yet, but that might just be the HR rep.
