& Process

First I talked to a recruiter at the career fair. Then I applied online and got an on-campus interview. I met the office managing partner on-campus, and then they invited me to the office for a second round. The second round was really good! I met with an audit manager, audit supervisor, tax senior manager, and an audit partner. It was super conversational and not scary at all. They even gave me a tour of the office. I really felt like I got a good sense of the company by chatting with people at different levels and in different departments. I heard back from the recruiter pretty quickly and got an offer for the summer internship. Everyone I emailed was really nice and got back to me fast.

I applied through my college's career website and got an on-campus interview. A week later, after interviewing with a partner, I was invited for a second-round office visit. There, I had lunch with associates and then went through three back-to-back interviews with partners/managers. The interviewers were super friendly. The interviews were mostly conversational, with hardly any behavioral questions. Showing a lot of interest in the firm and having good questions prepared is key. I got the offer on the same day. It was a great experience and I'm excited to start my career with DHG.

I got an interview invitation. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I got an offer fast and accepted. I didn't research the company much, so I was surprised by their disorganization, especially for an accounting firm. They misplaced my application or had it and made me re-submit my education and job history multiple times. Everyone seemed nice, but it looked like people had overlapping jobs, which meant more work for me.
