Systems Analyst
The interview process had four rounds: a screening, a technical interview, an aptitude test, and a final discussion. This took a little over two weeks and was well organized. It’s a great company with good people, though unfortunately I didn’t receive the offer. Overall, the experience was organized and professional.

Administrator
The interview process kicked off with a phone screening from a recruiter, followed by an in-person interview. They mentioned they were finishing up other interviews and would be in touch by the end of the week. They even sent over the benefits package, which made me think an offer might be coming. Ultimately, they decided to go with a different candidate, which is fine. I applied for another job at the company a few weeks later and got rejected almost immediately, within 24 hours. It felt like no real consideration was given.
- Can you tell me your salary expectations for this position?
Operations Manager
So I don't normally do this, but I wanted to share my interview experience. It was pretty long, starting with an HR call, then five interviews with people like the CFO and CEO, plus a few tests. The CEO interview was super long, like 2.5 hours. They actually offered me a different job than the one I applied for, which was cool, but the salary they offered was surprisingly low, even for the job I applied for. I was kinda bummed because I'd turned down other companies. The whole thing felt unprofessional and disorganized, and the pay was like entry-level.
- What are your thoughts on a wide range of behavioral topics?
- Tell me about your past experiences.
Accounts Payable Specialist
I went through three interviews with DH Pace. First, there was an HR interview. Then, I met with the VP of Accounting and the Manager. Finally, I had an interview with the team I'd be joining. The whole process felt really comfortable and was quite thorough. The VP and Manager explained my potential duties in detail, which was great. They really spoke highly of the team, creating a very positive vibe that makes you want to join. The team interview itself was fantastic! I enjoyed talking to everyone; they were energetic and clearly loved their jobs. They also had great things to say about the VP and Manager. Assuming you get through HR and the background/employment check, you'll end up working with a wonderful team!
