Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DFW International Airport.
Security Officer
I talked to three folks from security. First up was a phone screen, and then we had a sit-down interview. The interview was pretty easy to average difficulty. Just be yourself and stay calm, and you'll do great.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Security Officer
First, there's a phone interview. If you pass that, we'll have you come in for an in-person interview. After that, if you make it through the interview panel, we'll offer you the job, but only after you pass your criminal background check.
- Why should we hire you?
Security Officer
I had a phone interview first, and then they scheduled a group interview. The building was really nice, and it was comfortable waiting. The people interviewing me seemed pretty full of themselves and cocky, though.
- Can you discuss your past experience?
- What would you do in this particular scenario?
