& Process

The interview process was very clear, well-communicated, and fast. It included a screening call, a meet and greet with the team, and a background check. I received an offer via email, followed by a month of salary negotiation. They told me my contract was being drawn up. Unexpectedly, I got a generic rejection email with no explanation. The team I was supposed to join didn't know HR had managed the process this way. I had relocated my life to start this role, and they mentioned they would use my case for 'lessons learned'.

I was emailed to set up a phone interview, and then got another email invitation for an in-person interview a few days later. Dexis was really accommodating about my not living in the DC Metro area and offered to let me Skype in, but I chose to do it in person. The interview felt comfortable and allowed me to be myself. The conversation centered on my role and personality. I had the chance to ask questions and got a good sense of Dexis's culture. It was the most conversational interview I've ever experienced. Idra was fantastic throughout and very open and communicative.

The interview process at Dexis was tough but fast. It showed how efficient Dexis is, with short, intense meetings that led to a quick decision. My interviewers were very clear about the job's requirements and what would be expected of me. They asked detailed questions about my commitment to international development and my reasons for wanting to work at Dexis.

Great interview process and provide accurate information. I learned all I need to learn to make a decision, and provide my answers to their clear structured questions. I decided not to go forward with this opportunity cuz it did not fit my career goal, but I will for sure look for other opportunities with them
