It's online, in a group, the recruiter presents the company, asks questions. There were two dynamics, one solo and another in a pair, with the question: how would you solve a problem or how do you deal with a given situation. There's a time limit, I think it was 10 or 5 minutes to think, research and then answer.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I first interviewed with an internship agency, and then I had another interview with senior chemical buyers. They asked me the same questions the agency had asked. Since the role involved English, they asked me questions in English at some point. I had to speak English during the interview, but everything went well, and I ended up accepting the position and worked there for a few months.

It took almost two months from applying to the HR interview. Then another month passed before I interviewed with the area manager. They just mentioned they would interview other candidates, without confirming if I passed or not. The next day, two different people from HR asked me when I could submit my documents and start the internship, without providing details on working hours, salary, or other specifics.

  • Tell me what you know about Dexco's operations and how you would address common daily challenges.
