Systems Coordinator
The hiring process started with a third-party HR consultancy (Page Outsourcing), and then moved to the company's internal HR. The first chat with the external HR team was really good; they were prepared, organized, and professional, making the interview clear and structured. The second part, with the internal HR (BP), was okay, but they used video recording and AI tools without telling me beforehand. While it didn't mess up the process, I think they should have been more upfront about it. I didn't get the job in the end, but the external consultancy stayed in touch, was always available, and gave clear info. Their consistent updates made a difference because I wasn't left waiting or given false hope. The professionalism of the external HR was a definite plus. For improvement, I'd suggest better coordination between the internal HR's methods and how they communicate with candidates.

Administrative Assistant
It was quite a challenging process that required dedication, patience, and continuous learning. Despite the difficulties faced along the way, I believe the final outcome was extremely positive and enriching.

Senior Communications Analyst
The hiring process was really bad and very inhumane. It seems a third-party company handles the recruiting. After I applied, I got an email saying I was selected for interviews and should wait for HR to schedule. I waited about two weeks with no news, so I messaged an HR person on LinkedIn, explaining what happened and asking if I was really going to have interviews. That person contacted the third-party team, and they finally called me. However, the person who called was clearly trying to get me to drop out, as they were extremely rude and inhumane. They probably made a mistake sending me that email and didn't like that the employee pushed them. The way they handled the call was very unethical, clearly trying to 'punish' me for contacting HR. I think the company culture and salaries aren't good, because when I stated my salary expectations, the person on the call seemed to think it was outrageous (and my expectations were not out of line with the market).

Administrative Apprentice
A entrevista em grupo foi uma experiência interessante e de nível mediano. Embora inicialmente possa parecer desafiadora, a dinâmica do grupo acabou tornando-a envolvente e fluida.
