Test Engineer
So I interviewed for a Test Engineer role. It started with a test that I passed, then I had a hiring manager interview. I got a verbal offer, but then the recruitment manager said they needed to check with the team. They ended up having me do another interview with an engineer to assess my experience. Honestly, I felt like the engineer didn't vibe with me, and I even wondered if my disability played a part. After that, I followed up via email, and the response I got was that the hiring managers decided not to proceed with my application. I was really confused since they had me retake the test, and I thought they were interested. It turns out the whole interview process was a mess because they never disclosed the pay rate, which felt like a waste of my time with all the tests and interviews. Plus, they completely ghosted me after I emailed asking for feedback. Seeing other reviews, I can totally see why people have had a bad experience.

Component Design/Test Engineer
I applied through the college career website and immediately got an email for an interview schedule. The interview was on-site, and accommodation and travel compensation were not available, so I was on my own. However, the HR was really friendly and understanding and very active. First, there was a written test covering basic analog and digital electronics. After getting a good score in the test, I was taken into another room with some engineers for a quick interview. The office was really big and looked good with Christmas decorations.

Account Manager
Had a phone interview first, then a face to face, and then a couple of phone calls with US staff. The first phone call and the face to face were fine, pretty easy. They also did some standard aptitude tests. Then I had a call with people in the US. They were 20 minutes late, didn't apologize, and it felt like I was bothering them. They asked me why I was looking for a new job and why I left all my past jobs. It was very blunt, and they didn't seem interested in the call at all. They didn't ask any other questions, and I didn't get a chance to ask anything either. It felt like a waste of time for everyone. I haven't heard back after following up. So that's 3 stages of interviews with no response. It says a lot. If you're considering this company, pay attention to the other reviews and know what you're getting into. I spoke to some former employees, and they strongly advised me to avoid it. It's a shame because it seemed like a good company, but there were too many warning signs.

Sales
It was a pretty fast process for the sales role. Started with a 1-hour assessment test. Then, a 30-minute first call with the recruiter to chat about my background and what I'm looking for. After that, a 1-hour second call with three senior executives from different departments where we went deeper into my experience.
