This is a typical interview process. They'll ask about why you want to join them and what you expect from the role. The job description mentions data visualization tools, but they're actually looking for people skilled in monthly closing.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview that seemed to be going well, but then the interviewer decided I wasn't what they were looking for because I wanted a new career learning how to cook. I'm very 'GREEN' SO WHY NOT? This interview left me feeling 'Suicidal when you say it's over' like the song. He said he could start me learning in stations then he football kicked me!

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview had 3 parts. First, I met the General Manager, who was a bit intimidating but did his job. This chat lasted about 10-15 minutes. Even though I was nervous since it was my first job interview, it went well, and I was invited back. The next day, I met with the Assistant General Manager. He basically went over what we discussed the day before and then gave me a menu test, which is the key to getting the job. The final part was the MENU TEST itself! You get a week to study, and if you need more time, you just give them a heads-up. It's kinda tough because you need to memorize the toppings for all the specialty pizzas and salads, plus what's in the calzones. I passed with a perfect score! After that, they set up an orientation date.

Group Behavioral

Dewey's does group interviews. Generally, two managers will conduct the first interview. If there's a second interview scheduled, you'll meet with two different managers. This setup allows you to meet the entire management team. If you're offered the job, you'll need to study their menu and pass a test on your first day. Passing the test leads to their training program. I liked this because getting familiar with the product before training started made the training itself much simpler.
