Overall, the interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screening, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager. No technical assessments were involved, which made sense given it was an internship. They were quite responsive, and the entire process wrapped up within a couple of weeks.

Applied online and then got an email from a recruiter to schedule a ~15 min phone screen for the next day. The recruiter asked me about my interest in the position and how I found it. I got an interview invitation from her the next day for an interview with two members of the team. They were respectful but their questions felt unoriginal. At the end, they told me to direct any follow-ups to the recruiter, which I found unprofessional. I didn't hear back until about a month later when I got an automated rejection email.

I met Dewberry at my university's career fair. They emailed me afterwards and offered an interview. Since my university is a few hours away from Fairfax, they let me do a video interview. I talked to 3 employees on the video call. They were all really nice and interested in my work, seemed excited to chat with me. They got back to me with an offer within a couple weeks.
