The whole thing was remote, with a bunch of steps. I think it was about 2 hours or more of tests. It included concentration tests, logic tests, a practical test with over 90 questions, and an English test.

Me contactaron para una charla informativa y la propuesta era muy interesante. Después, pasé por dos evaluaciones: una de lógica abstracta que pide práctica para identificar patrones, y otra de atención que involucraba hacer operaciones matemáticas con un índice visual, algo poco común pero llamativo. La etapa final fue el desafío técnico (NodeJs, Go y AWS), con 28 preguntas bajo tiempo límite. No la superé. Me pidieron hacer cosas como filtrar un buffer con Regex, encontrar fallos en una secuencia de Fibonacci o montar una API con Express. Mirándolo ahora, los ejercicios son factibles, pero después de una hora se hacen pesados. Usar Javascript puro sin tipos hace que sea más difícil si no tienes la sintaxis reciente. Mi consejo: prepárense mucho técnicamente.
