I received 3 tests that took 1 hour each, which contained technical and non-technical aspects (agile, psychometric), not difficult to solve, and an English exam. After the interview, they gave me the salary range and that's where they discouraged me, it's less than what a senior project manager can earn in Latin America. I said thank you and left it at that.

I received an email saying I passed the initial screening and was invited to complete some tests on testing, English, OOP, and a game. Then, I got a link for a video interview. A few weeks later, they emailed saying they saw a lot of potential and would contact me when an ideal vacancy opens up. This was expected, as the initial email detailed all the steps. I was approved as a candidate and am looking forward to being contacted for my first project. I had an interview with HR where I learned more about the company and what to expect next as a candidate in my situation.
