I had an on-campus interview with the IT manager, which was about 30 minutes long. We chatted about my major and any previous work experience I had. It felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview because the manager was easy to talk to. He also inquired about the classes I had taken and whether I had any current IT experience. I heard back about a week later and got the job offer.

It was a pretty easy interview. They asked me about my past jobs and how I'd deal with some situations. I talked to the head of the department and his assistant, which was a little scary not knowing what to expect. I'd tell everyone to dress in business professional attire for an interview because first impressions really matter.
