I found this job through a staffing agency. They told me I'd be helping students with financial aid and managing my own student portfolio. I was under the impression communication would be mostly email and phone, but it turns out it's basically a call center where you have to stick to a script and can't deviate without being out of compliance.

I had a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and also completed a personality test. The interviews went really well, but they ended up promoting someone from within. That's a good sign to me though, showing they're loyal to their people. I can respect that.
