The interview process for this position seemed pretty average. I spoke with at least three people who mostly asked similar questions, just phrased a little differently. They mainly discussed their own roles and what they were looking for in an assistant. After the interviews, I had to complete an online assessment that included basic questions like whether I'd ever stolen from a previous employer, or if I would report a coworker who was stealing. There was also a short math section, but it was manageable with a calculator.

The interview process was okay. Could have been better, was a bit unorganized. I liked all the people I interviewed with, everyone was very nice. The only issue I had was the confusion and lack of organization I experienced. The overall experience was just okay, I wasn't that impressed...but it might be a good fit for someone else, you never know.

I had a phone chat with HR first, then I went in person to meet the main manager. They showed me around the office and I got to meet a bunch of the team. I also got to chat with some other managers from different departments I'd be working with.
