I applied for this position online through my university's career center. I got an email to set up a phone interview with the HR Coordinator within a day, and I had the interview two days later. The initial contact was very flexible. After that, I was asked to come in for an interview with a few account coordinators the following week. The HR Coordinator was accommodating with my schedule so I could interview with the coordinators. The interview was fun and relaxed, and I felt comfortable answering and asking questions.

I applied before but the spots filled up really fast, so I interviewed but didn't get considered, possibly due to miscommunication. HR kept my resume and I contacted them again the next semester. I had a phone interview with HR and then the supervisors for the team I was applying to. It was easy and fast. I got an offer within a week of interviewing.

Two DeVries employees visited my school to review resumes and help with interview skills. They were both women, one from PR and one from HR. It was pretty laid back, and they mentioned I should apply for an internship once I have more experience. They didn't have many questions, leading to some awkward pauses.
