Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. First was a phone interview about my background, schooling, experience, and salary expectations. Then they called back to set up an in-person interview in OKC for the next week. I arrived and waited for the interviewers. I met with two groups of supervisors/leads. It wasn't a typical interview, more of a relaxed chat about my past experience. They seemed keen to hire someone who could start immediately with the right experience. The recruiter let me know the feedback the next day and mentioned there were more interviews planned, but a decision would be made by the week's end.

Behavioral Technical

I went through on-campus intern interviews. From talking to them at the career fair to getting the offer, the whole thing took about a month. The first round interviews were on campus with three employees. The second round was at their building and was three back-to-back, one-on-one interviews. The first interview had questions that you would never really think of. Not hard, just very specific. The second round was a lot more conversational and behavioral.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was pretty smooth. The first round was on campus with a panel of 3 people. They asked questions that were either behavioral or related to my resume. The second round was an office visit with three supervisors, each conducting a short interview. The questions varied by interviewer. These questions were taken from a sheet and were sometimes a bit strange, but not really difficult. Some interviewers took detailed notes on my answers, while others barely wrote anything down.
