The interview process started with an online screening, followed by two rounds of onsite interviews, eventually leading to the final stage. Although the whole experience spanned two months, which felt quite lengthy, the final offer was disappointingly low.

I had a face-to-face meeting with my supervisor. It was a long discussion with open-ended questions and answers. We talked about my duties and responsibilities. They asked me several questions about my past work experiences and background, and also a bit about my education.

It was a pretty standard interview process. We had a 10-minute phone screen, and then an in-person interview at their corporate office in OKC that lasted about an hour. The interview questions were all pretty typical HR questions, covering things like benefits, employee relations, HRIS, and reporting.

There was about 15 questions I answered, I believe well and they liked my outlook for the company. Went up over 20% in net sales per quarterly. I got offered almost 400 grand a year plus signing bonus and Christmas bonus, but it was a 5-year contract minimum. I love Calgary, I want to live here. Plus I also had 3 assistants to help. It was a dream job. My parents are old and they need me sometimes, not always about money I guess.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • It just was not enough money to move across the world to Dubai.
