The interview process was comprehensive and used several screening tools. I liked the interviews because the questions focused on job-related items and the interviewers were polite. The HR person and hiring manager explained the job expectations for the first year and beyond, and also how they develop employees.

I sent in my application online. Then I got a 20-minute phone call to screen me. The next week, they set up an interview with a more senior consultant and someone from the main office. The in-person interview wasn't great, it really felt like an interrogation.
