First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dev10.
Software Engineer
After applying you get a link to an info session. You can schedule a live session or watch a recording. If you watch the recording, you need to answer 4 or 5 quiz questions about it and get them all right to move on. After the info session, you must finish a 12-minute assessment with 50 logic questions. Then, there's an untimed behavioral assessment. If you pass that, you can sign up for a 1:1 interview, which is where I am now.
- What motivates you to want to work at Dev10?
Data Analyst
So, first there was like this screening test you had to do, and then a small project to complete before they even granted interviews. After that, there were three interviews: an initial interest chat, then a more in depth HR interview, and finally a group interview. They were pretty upfront about the whole process, explained it all during the first chat.
- What motivates your interest in this role?
Data Associate
First, we had an info session to tell us about the process and the program. Then, there was an online test focusing on logic and pattern recognition. After that, I had a behavioral interview. Next, we had to complete a self-taught Intro to Web Development course with a project at the end. This was followed by a non-technical group activity. Finally, they made the offer.
- Can you share an instance where you faced and overcame a challenge in your work?
Data Engineer
The hiring process had a few parts. First, there was an info session. Then, you had to do a career fit test to see how smart, motivated, and your personality type. The cognitive part was timed (12 mins), but the motivation and personality part wasn't. After that, there was a behavioral interview. Next, a web development assignment was given, and you had two weeks to finish it. Finally, a team interview happened.
- I unfortunately did not make it past step 2 of the selection process.
