Had two interviews with positive feedback, but then nothing. One interviewer didn't even show up. My application status stayed the same for weeks and then just changed to 'Inactive' with no word. The recruiter had to push for info and wasn't even told a decision was made. Later found out the job probably went to someone already working there. Never got any feedback. If you're not already an employee, you're basically ignored.

First, there was an OA with 3 questions, all of which I solved correctly. I was then shortlisted for the interview. My interview was on December 1st at IIT BHU Varanasi. I felt the results were unfair because my interview went very smoothly and well. My panel had a lady and a gentleman. She started by asking about my high CPI, then moved on to my internship, where she asked a difficult question which I answered well. Then, the gentleman asked about my projects, a DSA question, and questions on OS and DBMS. I answered about 90% of his questions. Despite this, I was rejected. I also heard that my panel didn't select anyone, while others who knew very little C coding were selected.

It was a good technical interview. The first round covered UTC datetime storage, Spring Boot concepts, the difference between Array and ArrayList, implementing a List data structure, reversing a linked list, and basic SQL questions. The second round involved questions about Stack vs. Heap memory concerning application and thread levels, Data JPA entity relationships, RabbitMQ in detail, real-time issues and fixes with RabbitMQ as a producer and consumer, and the Saga pattern.
