I put in my application online in late September 2025. First, I passed an online assessment on Capfinity that checked my reaction speed, reasoning skills, and job-related abilities. About two weeks later, I got an invite for another online assessment, this time with a LeetCode-style problem and a SQL question. Then, in late November, I had an assessment day which consisted of three 1-hour interviews: one behavioral, one technical, and one coding interview where I could use any language. I received the offer two weeks after that.

It was a one-on-one interview, and the interviewers were friendly. It was a nice experience overall, but I was rejected in the end. There was a case study interview and a normal interview. Nine people were in the assessment center, and their backgrounds were diverse, ranging from computer science and mathematics to management.
