The interview process started with an online assessment, which then directly led to an assessment center, which was quite unusual. The technical part of the assessment wasn't overly challenging, but the case study was vague and not particularly helpful. The personal interview portion was fine, with no particularly interesting questions asked. It felt relatively straightforward for a graduate role in investment banking. There was limited information and engagement provided beforehand.

The interview process was unprofessional. The HR team did not provide accurate information. The person in charge of the office, Charles de Folin, was very unpleasant. He did not make eye contact throughout the interview and seemed uninterested in my responses, as he was busy replying to emails.

I interviewed with the bank for a senior economist position focusing on various markets back in 2020. The process involved 6 interview stages, talking with strategists and salespeople from the team. Due to the pandemic, all interviews were done via Zoom or phone. There were some minor technical glitches, but overall, the interviews went well. They were mostly discussions about current market trends and the medium-term outlook.
