The interview process was quite extensive. It started with a recruiter phone screen. Following that, there were three additional interview rounds. The first was a panel interview with two people, one of whom was the hiring manager. The subsequent stage involved a discussion with a more senior product leader. The final interview was with HR, where we discussed compensation.

I applied for a Business Analyst position and got an interview invite via email. It was brief, only giving the time and meeting link, not much else about what to expect. The first interview wasn't with a recruiter, but two team members. I was a bit thrown off because the invite didn't say it would be a technical interview or that it wouldn't be a recruiter. They did explain the role and day-to-day tasks well, though. It was a pleasant conversation, and they asked good questions about my background and skills. No typical HR questions came up, which was a surprise. Overall, I got a solid feel for the job, but I wish the invitation had been clearer upfront.

There are four rounds in the interview process. First, an Online Coding Test with two easy coding questions and some MCQs. Over 70 students were shortlisted from this round. After that, there's a Technical Round, followed by a Professional-fitment Round, and finally an HR Round. For internship roles, there's an additional round for hiring graduates.
