I cleared the first round and completed the second round which was face-to-face. They mentioned waiting for a week as other candidates were being considered. After a week, I emailed for an update but received no response and was ghosted. It would have been better if they had at least called or emailed to inform me of my rejection, but they chose not to reply. Even on the Workday website, my application status is blank.

The interview process was moderate, there are 4 interviews. Firstly with the tech recruiter, next is the tech interview, then team interview, tech lead interview and HR conpensation interview. Overall very lenghty but not hard if you know what you're doing.

We did a phone call with a VP, then an in-person with two more VPs and a Director. The final round was with an MD, with some casual coffee chats mixed in. It wasn't too hard, pretty standard stuff. They were really focused on my past work experience and my motivation for joining this firm.
