The interview process for the working student position was quite straightforward. A few days after applying, I received an interview invitation from HR. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and was conducted by two team members. Within three working days, I received the offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a really nice and relaxed interview that took around 30-40 minutes. There were 2 interviewers who are part of the hiring team, so they know exactly what they are looking for and the details of the role. They started by introducing themselves and explaining the team's and the position's responsibilities. Then, I introduced myself and discussed some of my previous projects. The interview concluded with us exchanging technical viewpoints on areas we have worked on, which I found really cool and indicative of shared insights. This made me more interested and excited about the position.

The interview was conducted online via Teams. It was a nice conversation, but the interaction with the Career Service was quite poor – disorganized, unstructured, and frankly, unprofessional. We waited three weeks for feedback, which feels very long for this type of position. The questions were standard, focusing more on the CV than technical details. Overall, the conversation was pleasant.
