I was contacted by an HR agency about an IT position at Deutsche Boerse. A couple days later, a manager called me to set up a conference call interview with two managers from the company. We had the call as scheduled, and I answered some technical questions. The interview was about half an hour long, but I haven't heard back from them since.

- The questions weren't really difficult, more like academic. They were basic and not very real-life focused. For example, an experienced programmer might not need to sort data every single day, but they'd know how to pick the best method if they had to.
