Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole process from applying to getting the offer took about 8-9 weeks. First I spoke with HR, then the hiring manager. After that, I had a full day of interviews on-site with the whole team, including other ABMs, Brand Managers, the VP, and the CMO. Everyone was really nice and professional throughout, and it felt like they were trying to get to know me and what I could bring to the team. The questions were mostly standard behavioral ones, with a few deep dives into the brand. It was a good experience, and I was happy to get the offer.

Case Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was amazing. Everyone was informative and asked great questions, helping us both determine if I was a good fit. I started with a casual chat with the hiring manager at Starbucks. A couple weeks later, I had a full day of interviews with about 8 people at the Deutsch office. Finally, I had a one-hour interview with the CMO before getting an offer. The CMO interview was tough but fair, clarifying my fit within the Deutsch team day-to-day. The offer and negotiation part was the opposite experience. They were flexible with negotiation but unreasonable with offer acceptance time, initially giving only 24 hours, which I extended to 48 before pressure and repeated questions about using the offer for my current company negotiation led me to stop. Relocation was needed, which they knew, and I needed more time for family arrangements, but they were inflexible and ununderstanding. This was disappointing but showed me a crucial side of the company. If relocation isn't an issue, this might not matter, but be aware of this unfortunate aspect, which suggests a less supportive HR team.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was super efficient and well-organized. I felt like everyone I met was prepared for the interview but also genuinely wanted to get to know me. They did a great job giving me a sense of the company and the role. HR was really responsive and kept me updated throughout. From applying to getting the offer, it took about a month. Everyone was welcoming on my first day after I accepted.
