It was a really quick process. I talked to a woman who was young and very nice. She seemed like a great person to work with, and the company culture appeared good. But, they seemed a little too eager for me to apply.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. After submitting my resume online, I was contacted by Elizabeth, an admin, who set me up for an initial interview. Everyone at the office was really nice and welcoming. There were three rounds in total. The first was a quick chat with an assistant manager. For the second round, I met with a top account manager at Panera, where they explained their business model in more detail and answered all my questions. The final round was with someone from HR.

I found the job on Careerbuilder and was contacted about an interview the next day. There were three rounds total, and it felt pretty relaxed. First, I talked to a manager who asked me some get-to-know-you questions. Then, a top trainer explained the business. Finally, the hiring manager went over the business details and answered my questions. I got a call later that afternoon with a job offer from DBC.
