After submitting my resume, I had an initial call with HR who then set up a meeting with a project lead. They initially suggested a team I wasn't as interested in, but after I explained my concerns and my preferences, they were able to find a different position that better aligned with my career goals. I then had a second interview for that role, which went well.

It was a fast process, took about two to three weeks. Started with a basic phone call, then an interview with senior team members. They asked behavioural questions like team fit and technical questions, mainly about Python.

I had a screening call and background check, and then an on-site interview a week later. It was a really relaxed and casual interview with two HR people. They only asked general motivational questions, nothing technical at all. Everything was in French.
