The interview process was pretty standard at first. The entire interview was conducted in French. We didn't speak English at all, even though my English skills were assessed. I felt a bit nervous, but overall it was a good experience. I'm hoping for a callback.

I applied online and the Managing Director reached out via Linkedin to invite me for an in-person interview. The interview was about 45-60 minutes long. The Managing Director asked about my previous work experience and probed a lot about my ability to work in a small, quiet office environment with just 3-4 people. I was surprised when he asked for my DOB, which I later realized is personal information that shouldn't be asked during an interview.
