This is usually the first time you'll talk to someone, often a quick phone or video chat with a recruiter. They just want to make sure you have the basic stuff needed for the job, like the skills, experience, and if your salary ideas match.

I went through the final interview with the hiring manager and area director for the Customer Service Representative role. It seems like some of the senior managers here practice breadcrumbing. I haven't heard back even after sending follow-ups. The position is still open and they're actively hiring for it. My application is still active but in limbo. They're looking for a 'better candidate' but keeping us in mind just in case. Too bad!

Group Presentation Behavioral Other

It was a group interview. They asked us to bring an object to present ourselves to the group and then present ourselves in English. We also had to answer some questions like: Are you good with informatic tools? Tell me about your last job. What experience do you have for this job? What's your motivation for this job? Why Desjardins? What are your strengths? How would your colleagues and friends describe you? Then we were put into teams and had to answer some scenarios. Finally, we had to pick a question card and respond spontaneously in English. Overall, it was a very friendly interview, but you need to be prepared because others will be.
