So first I had a phone screening that was pretty short, like 15 minutes, and they just asked me about what salary I was looking for. Then I had an onsite interview, which was maybe 20-30 minutes long. I was the one always following up with them, and they would get back to me pretty fast. It feels like if I didn't keep following up, I might not have gotten the job offer because I had to wait a while after the onsite.

It was a really bad experience. They emailed me to come in for an interview instead of a phone call. I got there on time but the interviewer was super rude and seemed annoyed. She thought I was late, but we checked and I wasn't. It just got worse from there. She was trying to get a rise out of me because she said she couldn't tell who I was. I'm a nice person, that's just who I am. There's a reason reviews are bad. She acted like she needed to feel powerful by putting me down. Don't bother. I turned down the design assignment and personality test.
