The interview process was okay. The interviewer communicated clearly and the questions were relevant to the job. However, the expected workload for an illustrator seemed very high, requiring them to handle 5-7 clients daily. Although they were recruiting for Southeast Asia talent at the time, they expected work according to US/Pacific time, which didn't align with my preferences.
