So, for the remote Graphic Designer gig at Design Pickle, interviews are all virtual. If you get picked for the first chat, expect an email from the recruiter. The first interview is basically to see if you fit the job and meet the requirements. Then, for the second interview, you'll get a small task to do, and you'll have an hour to finish it. The third interview is where we chat about your performance, and if it's a good fit, we might offer you the job.

Everything is in English. The first interview is with a Bot, it's super fast and efficient. The second is a written test, it's advisable to write things down in a Word document and then paste them. It's longer but not difficult. The third is a Zoom call, the interviewer is very friendly and cordial. It's very important to be on time. The final exam consists of doing 3 different designs. They vary, but I had to create a landing page, a culinary magazine, and an infographic with simple animation. They gave you a deadline of 2 hours for each task, except for the infographic, which was only one hour.
