First you have a screening interview with HR, which is basically going over previous experience and project work. The second round is an onsite interview with 4-5 directors/partners/senior managers to get a feel for your technical ability and cohesiveness with the office goals and vision. It's fairly straightforward, no real surprises. HR, unlike most companies, actually looks through each applicant's resume and doesn't rely on a computer program - very classy. They are also very quick in their turnaround time.

I got there a bit early and the front desk directed me to the first interviewer's office. I'd met them at a college job fair and didn't know much about the company or the specific role. This ended up being a big part of our chat. It seemed like they were more focused on finding someone who was friendly and had good social skills than someone with deep technical knowledge. I then chatted with two more people in their offices. Everyone was really nice, welcoming, and polite.

Interviews were spread out over a long time and included a phone interview and two in-person ones. The vibe was super chill, not really the typical STAR method. I talked to a bunch of managers from different teams and the main office manager too.
