The interview occurred on a Saturday morning at 8:00 am with about 10 other people. First, there was an hour-long presentation about Design Group. Afterwards, we broke off into individual interviews with various company employees. These were one-on-one and felt pretty straightforward, mostly basic behavioral and resume-based questions. I was offered a full-time job but only had 48 hours to decide. They said I couldn't get a written offer letter before deciding and that our phone call counted as a verbal offer. When I called back after 48 hours to say I hadn't decided, they mentioned needing to proceed with other candidates, noting that people who accept usually know immediately if they want to work there. It's great they think that works for them, but I'd never accept a full-time job offer without the salary and benefits in writing. Expecting that decision in 48 hours during a busy week is ridiculous. Definitely a strange company.

I had a short phone interview with a general HR person, then a phone interview with the hiring manager who was more familiar with the position I was applying for. It was friendly and lasted about 30 minutes. Then, I had an in-person interview with a senior Controls Engineer and the hiring manager. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with.
