I had a phone interview. The manager was late to respond even after I reached out a second time. I was nervous and didn't pass, and the manager was also slow to respond to my thank you note and status check. I guess it's good I didn't get the job. I did learn some interview skills though.

The interview process was pretty standard. They asked me basic questions about myself and my goals for the role. It was super easy, almost like anyone could pass it. They sometimes have a part where you pick a product from the store and try to sell it to the manager during the interview.
