The hiring process has three stages. First, there's a computer-based test covering English, Math, G.K., and Technical subjects, much like NTS/GAT. Second, a group discussion where about 10 students discuss a given topic, with each student speaking for two minutes, followed by 10-20 minutes of open discussion. It's important to make logical arguments, speak in English, and avoid being too aggressive. Third, a panel interview with 2 or more people. You'll be asked to introduce yourself, explain your interest in the job, why you're a good fit, how your past experiences align with the role, any construction sector experience, details from your CV, and some technical questions.

The interview process is really tough, they ask some very hard questions and it's difficult to answer them the first time around in front of the CEO and other company members.

I went through their whole hiring process and followed all their rules. I passed all the interviews and assessments. In the final interview, after everything, they just asked me if I had a reference in the company and completely disregarded my scores from the entire process. It was really disappointing.
