Had a technical interview with a senior project manager and an HR person. They started asking background questions and stuff. Overall, it was a really composed and great interview environment. The HR followed up the next day. They focused on different aspects by asking about my strengths and weaknesses.

The hiring process took over three months, and by the time I was offered the job, I had already accepted another position. The process was quite slow, and when I inquired about feedback, I didn't receive any. The interviews were very scripted, asking the same general questions and heavily focusing on hypothetical scenarios. On the plus side, candidates were given plenty of time to express themselves, and the interviewers were friendly and knew how to give the candidate space.

Applied through reference. Got the interview call but had to wait a whole day for someone to get me to the interview room. They called me back after a month to join the department. Even after joining, they didn't bother sending me to the relevant department for two days, so I waited at reception for those two days. Poor management.
