I got an email to set up a screening interview but then they ghosted me when I tried to schedule it. I figured they found someone else. I didn't hear back from HR until after they'd already hired someone, which was months after I applied. Then they had the nerve to say they'd keep my CV on file. It was a really bad candidate experience.

It was a super long process. I went through 7 rounds of interviews, all of which seemed promising, and in the end had a quick call with CPO and was immediately rejected. I was interviewing for around 2 months. A few of the rounds seemed pointless as they were the same interview structure with different teams. You usually meet with two designers, engineers or product managers. It's mostly for culture-fit but they also give you scenarios on how you would solve an issue. As a candidate it's really disheartening to go through so many rounds and invest many hours into the interview process and get rejected after a very short call with the CPO.
