The interview process had only one round. I spoke directly with my supervisor because I had a referral for this position. They asked me about my past experiences working in a non-profit organization and my web developer intern role.

I had one interview with three people from the team. It was a pretty simple interview process. They asked why I applied, about my specific experience, and what questions I had. It felt pretty relaxed and easygoing, and the interviewers were really nice and seemed truly interested in what I had to say. A cool part was that the previous person in the position was also interviewing, so I got a good sense of what the job involves.
